Notes
- Speak to this unit to receive its data.
- Serves as the client for Data on the Old World during Route B. The Nuclear Arms Manual may be handed over to either him or the Commander for a reward.
- Stocks the following items if left alive with his memories erased:
- Disappears from the map if destroyed or left alone after the battle at the Abandoned Factory. Grants the accompanying achievement nonetheless, although wiping his memories would be best if one opts to collect and upgrade all weapons.
